A few things to know before booking

Canoe tickets: 50,000 VND prepaid per guest, deducted from the actual fare after staff classify heights.
Tables: 299,000 VND deposit per group, deducted from the bill; if the bill is lower than the deposit, the difference is not refunded.
Reschedule with at least 3 days’ notice; speedboat tickets can be moved once and cannot be cancelled at will.
Unsafe sea: You choose a new date or a refund of the undelivered part of the service.
