The floating space
The restaurant stands on wooden stilts in the shallow water of Rach Vem, joined to the shore by a wooden pier. The dining hall is roofed and open on both sides to the sea; the seafood pens sit right under the floor.
Capacity and how groups are seated
The dining hall is a roofed wooden floor open on both sides to the sea. Long wooden tables join into rows, so a group sits together in one area rather than at scattered tables.
Large groups are split into sittings or boat runs so the kitchen and the skipper keep their service rhythm. For groups of 23 or more, NBKH schedules the speedboat outside the 10:00–13:00 window or runs a private trip, away from walk-in traffic.
The 24-seat speedboat runs round trips between the restaurant and Ham Rong. Groups above 24 take two boats at once or one boat on two runs; groups above 48 book 72 hours ahead so extra boats can be arranged.

We run 7 connected rafts with 48 wooden tables and seat about 192 guests at one time, at an average of 4 guests per table. Tables join into rows, so your group always sits together in one area.

How NBKH serves groups
We work with partners in four steps, each confirmed in writing, so your group arrives to seats, a set menu and a boat schedule already in place.

Send the request 24 hours ahead
Date, arrival time at the pier, number of adults and children, the guests’ market to choose the set menu, and the guide’s name and phone number. Groups of 23 or more book 48 hours ahead.

NBKH confirms in writing
The set menu, boat schedule, seating and the conditions applying to the group are confirmed by Zalo or email before the day of arrival.

The group is met at the Rach Vem pier
The group walks the wooden pier to the raft, eats the agreed set, then boards the speedboat right at the restaurant to Ham Rong to see the starfish and back.

Monthly reconciliation and invoices
VAT e-invoices are issued by NETCA Company Limited and reconciled on the period agreed with each partner.
Ten years at Rach Vem
The floating restaurant opened on 30/4/2016, upgraded its pier and boats over the following years, paused during the pandemic and was restored before reopening. It has since welcomed families, company groups and many visiting artists.
In 2026 NBKH standardised online booking, a bilingual menu and set menus by market to work more smoothly with tour operators: Every confirmation in writing, every payment invoiced.
