Our seafood comes from fishermen and suppliers at Rach Vem. Suitable items are kept fresh in the pens below the floating restaurant, so you can look and choose close to the time the kitchen cooks.
At the seaside the supply is not the same every day. Some days the crab is lovely, other days more shrimp or snails come in. Dishes by weight are weighed, and the weight and price told to you first; only once you agree does the kitchen start.
