By continuing to use the website or sending a request, you confirm you have read and agree to the parts that apply to the features you use. This English version is provided for convenience; where interpretations differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.

What the website provides

The website provides information about Nha Be Khanh Hao, the menu, experiences, reference content about Phu Quoc, and functions for sending table-booking or canoe-ticket requests. It is not a marketplace, hosts no independent sellers, and does not replace in-person guidance on sea-journey safety.

Acceptance of terms

Please read these terms together with the Booking & payment policy and the Personal data policy. If you do not agree, do not send requests or use the corresponding features. Acceptance on the website does not remove any mandatory consumer rights under law.

Rules of use

Conditions of use

Users must have proper legal capacity or the consent of a lawful representative; provide truthful, current information; keep their email, OTP codes and Booking details confidential; and take responsibility for actions performed with means under their control.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use the website to impersonate, defraud, harass, send unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, spread malware, probe or bypass security measures, interfere with system operation, create bulk automated requests, scrape data without permission, or use website content in ways that misrepresent a relationship with NBKH.

Content you post or send

You warrant you have the right to provide the content, contact details and group data for the stated purposes. NBKH may refuse or remove content that breaks the law, infringes third-party rights, contains unnecessary sensitive data, malware, spam or is unrelated to the request.

Service information and reference content

NBKH works to keep information clear and current. Every dish on the menu has a listed price; dishes charged by weight are listed per unit (for example per kg), and the weight and amount are confirmed before cooking. Canoe schedules, table availability, sea conditions and experience content may change with reality.

Transactions and operations

Contracting and payment

Booking requests, payment, Booking confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation and refunds follow the Booking & payment policy published on the website. Pay only per the instructions issued for your exact request, and always with the chance to review before confirming. Returning to the website from a payment page does not by itself create an effective Booking.

Third-party links and services

The website may contain links to or integrations with maps, video, social networks, banks, MoMo or payment intermediaries. Open only valid payment links issued by the website for your exact request; never use QR codes, deeplinks or links from other sources. Third parties are responsible for their own services and policies. A link does not mean NBKH vouches for content beyond its control.

Intellectual property

Trade names, marks, logos, the interface, articles, images and documents owned or licensed by NBKH are protected by law. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes; copying, modifying, commercial exploitation or creating an impression of NBKH sponsorship requires proper permission.

Availability and system safety

NBKH may maintain, upgrade, limit or suspend features to protect safety and service quality. NBKH does not exclude liability that the law forbids excluding; liability for damage is determined by fault, causation, evidence and applicable law.

Events beyond reasonable control

NBKH is not in breach for obligations made impossible by natural disaster, dangerous weather, orders of competent authorities, wide infrastructure failures or objective events beyond reasonable control, provided it takes necessary steps to limit damage and protect guests’ statutory rights.

Law, support and validity

Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under Vietnamese law. In a dispute, the parties first negotiate on the basis of transaction information and records; failing that, either side may bring the matter to the competent authority.

Updating the terms

The current version is 2026-09-15-v3. NBKH may update the terms to reflect service or legal changes. New versions are dated and announced on the website; changes are not applied retroactively to reduce rights already arising from confirmed transactions, unless the law provides otherwise.
