Why book online in advance?
Buying at the raft has no group discount. Booking ahead takes three steps.
- Pick your date and headcount on the booking page.
- Prepay 50,000 VND per guest to hold your seats and lock the online fare; it comes straight off your group’s fare.
- At the raft, show your booking code and pay the balance once our staff count the actual adult tickets.
What time does the speedboat run?
The boat picks up from 08:30 to 17:30 every day; the last boat back to Nha Be leaves at 17:30. It departs once 4 tickets are sold; groups of 10 or more adult tickets can choose their own departure and return times.
In rough seas the boat stays in. We tell you beforehand and move your date or refund the unused part of the service under the weather policy.
What if I need to change the date?
Speedboat tickets cannot be cancelled, but you can change the date once with 3 days’ notice, within 6 months of booking. The details are in the ticket change conditions.
