Where does the seafood at Nha Be Khanh Hao come from?
How Nha Be Khanh Hao picks seafood day by day from Rach Vem fishermen, follows the season and confirms each dish before serving.

Tell us ahead what you would like to eat
Send your date, headcount and the dishes you have in mind. We check that day’s catch and tell you what is in and what to swap, so nothing is a surprise when you arrive.
From local fishermen to your table
Nha Be Khanh Hao has welcomed guests at Rach Vem since 2016. Our seafood comes from local fishermen and is selected according to what is actually available that day.
The menu is long, but not every dish is available every day. When the season, size or supply changes, we would rather tell you a dish is out than take the order and keep you waiting.

At the seaside, good dishes follow the season
Some seafood is kept fresh in the pens below the floating restaurant when conditions allow. You can look, choose and have the kitchen cook it close to mealtime; what is in stock still depends on the day’s supply.
We do not want to promise a dish we are not sure of. What we have, we tell you, with the size, how it is charged and how it is cooked; if a dish you ordered ahead runs out, we let you know early so you can pick something else.
- Ask what is in and what size, when you book or before you order.
- Confirm the unit, the expected weight and the price before cooking.
- Tell us about allergies, tastes and what the children need from the start.

Weighed and priced before it is cooked
Dishes sold by weight are weighed and priced first; how the dish is cooked is agreed when you order. Only once you say yes does the kitchen start, which keeps things easy for both sides.
The menu pages on this website are there for reference and to help you prepare your questions. The final dish and price are always checked against what is actually available when you are served.
