The people at Nha Be Khanh Hao and how we learn to serve better

Some team members are Rach Vem locals who have been here for years; some are new to the work. We listen to guests and fix one thing at a time.

A guest’s experience is made of many small things: Clear information, the pace of service and how feedback is received.
Plan your trip

Tell us ahead if you need anything

Small children, older guests, an allergy or a preferred speedboat time: Write it down so we can prepare properly.

Two generations working together at Rach Vem

Nha Be Khanh Hao began with Mum’s work at Rach Vem. When the next generation came back to help, the job also meant learning to run the service more clearly and carefully.

Several turbulent years for tourism meant that path was not a straight line. We kept working, adjusting, and step by step tidied up how we take requests, prepare the service and follow up after each visit.

There is praise, and there is criticism

There have been times when the experience was uneven: Information not clear enough, long waits or coordination that fell short. Those things are the responsibility of the people serving, not something guests should have to make allowances for.

Good feedback tells the team what to keep doing. Poor feedback shows what to fix, from how dishes and prices are confirmed to how the schedule is updated when conditions change.

A piece of feedback only really means something when it turns into a concrete change in how we serve.

Fix the small things first

We are working to make each thing clearer before guests arrive: Which dishes are available, what they cost, when we serve and how the speedboat runs. Clear information helps everyone plan the day.

Improvement comes step by step and is proven through real visits. So we always encourage guests to tell us their specific needs before the trip and to send feedback through the official channels afterwards.

  • Confirm your needs, the scope of the service and the payment details clearly.
  • Update early when a dish, a time or the situation changes.
  • Receive feedback with respect and take responsibility for it.
